About Shahin Haghjou

Spotify Senior Art Director, Shahin Haghjou develops the visual language and design systems you see when you play your favorite playlist or discover some sweet tunes to follow. Prior to working for Spotify, Shahin worked in Barcelona where his client list included Nike, Adobe, Diesel to name drop a few. In his free time, he produces music, skateboards, and works on his own illustration projects.

 

Shahin will share his story through design and imagery of growing up as a refugee and how he ended up in one of the biggest music platforms there is today. He will also highlight how his early failures shaped him.
