Soraya Kuehne is Managing Director of Paperlux Studio, a Design Studio based in Hamburg, which firmly believes in the value of all things tangible, while not losing sight of the digital world. Soraya’s background is in founding and print - a perfect combination for the work with her husband, Max, who is Creative Director at Paperlux Studio. Their clients include medium-sized, family owned companies and luxury groups from different parts of the world.
Laura Landschek is the founder of Studio Landschek which focuses on Innovation & Strategy Consultancy in diverse industries. Recently she has also founded decode.one, which is a training platform for innovation methods. Laura is based in Berlin. Her former jobs include being Head of Marketing and Business Consultant in several companies, furthermore she founded a company-builder and has a strong passion for sharing and learning from each other.
Why do any of us actually do what we do? Purpose Design examines the heart of a brand or a company and identifies its drive, rhythm and objectives. Defining a strong and common purpose is far more than just an abstract statement. It is a must-have for companies, and it forms the basis for decisions, measures and actions. This Purpose and Positioning workshop shows you the tools with which you will methodically identify a brand core and its characteristics, and consequently develop and fine-tune a value proposition as well as positioning definition. For the process, we will use Abhati Suisse as an example for a Social Enterprise, and share challenges and our road to crafting the Brand Purpose and Value Proposition.
You will leave the workshop with a toolkit, a prototype of Value Proposition and a strong statement of Purpose, which is created within the Golden Circle.
